I am Rob Stephenson sports masseur and first aider; I have been involved in sport for many years as player coach and official. I understand what is required by anyone taking part in a sport from professional level down to the person who wants to keep fit. I have been involved with Rob over the past season and half. In this time he has been invaluable asset in our team structure and as quickly built up a rapport with the team, built on trust this trust was built on Rob's knowledge and action's whether it be during the week at rehab session's or on a match day environment. Rob carries out his role to a high standard whilst giving the coaching staff the time and space we need to prepare the team. I cannot speak highly enough of Rob and would recommend him to any sporting organisation or individual who can benefit from his work.
I have used the services of Rob now for 6 weeks and he as released the tension in my neck and back, For the last 5 years I hadn't been able to lift my arms to put my shirt's on, but now I can, Rob's massages have given me a new lease of life.
I use Rob on a weekly basis for sports massage and find his treatments very beneficial in the aid of recovery. This helps me to get back to normal training as he works the tired muscles and get them in condition to resume heavy training sessions.
